Use the recipe below to make our gingerbread mix that will taste just like the box mix! |

Washington Retail Gingerbread Mix |

Washington Self Rising Flour Baking Soda Sugar Cinnamon Ground Ginger Allspice |

1 cup ⅛ tsp. ¼ cup ⅛ tsp. ¾ tsp. ½ tsp. |

Molasses Egg Oil Water |
|
½ cup 1 1 ½ tbsp. ½ cup |
|
Preheat oven to 375F. Blend all dry ingredients together in a mixing bowl with a spatula or wire whip. Add the molasses, egg, oil, and water to the dry ingredients and blend on low speed for 30 seconds. Scrape bowl, and blend for 2 minutes on medium. Pour the batter into a greased 8x8 pan. Bake at 375F for 20-25 minutes. For a 9x5 loaf pan, bake for 30-35 minutes. If a glass pan is used, bake at 350F. |
