Use the recipe below to make our popover mix that will taste just like the box mix! |

Washington Retail Popover Mix |

Washington All Purpose Flour Salt |
|
1 cup ½ tsp. |
|
Eggs Oil Milk Water |
|
2 1 ½ tbsp. ¾ cup ½ cup |
|
Preheat oven to 450F. Mix all ingredients with electric mixer on low for about 30 seconds, scrape the bowl and then mix 1 minute on medium. Fill greased cups of muffin or popover pan 2/3 full. For muffin pan bake at 450F for 30 minutes. For popover pan bake at 450F for 30 minutes, then reduce heat to 350F and bake an additional 10 minutes. Notes: 1. Unbleached All Purpose Flour will produce a larger popover than Bleached All Purpose Flour. 2. If using a muffin pan, do not use the disposable type. |
