Try this recipe to make delicious sweet corn bread using our great yellow Indian Head corn meal! |

Sweet Corn Bread ½ cup Indian Head Yellow Corn Meal 1 cup All Purpose Flour ¼ cup + 3 tbsp. sugar 1 tsp. salt 2½ tsp. baking powder ¼ cup + 2 tbsp. oil ½ cup milk 2 eggs 1. Add all dries to a mixing bowl and stir together. 2. Blend oil, eggs, and milk together in mixing bowl. 3. Add dries and mix with wire whip just until batter is uniform. 4. Pour into greased 9” x 9” pan and bake at 375F for 24-28 minutes. |
